　　Recently, Yichang’s Urban Management Committee announced an initiative to address parking demands by offering monthly cards for staggered-hour sharing parking at the parking lots of the administrative and public institutionsin urban areas. Applicants just need to pay 50 yuan for each monthly card.

　　Since September 1, these administrative and public institutions have initiated the special promotionto alleviate parking burdensthrough improving resource sharingand reducing parking vacancy. Residents now have the option to apply for “Online Monthly Card” through the app of “Yichang City Parking”. The service offers parking from 18:30 until 7:00 the next morning on weekdays, along with all-day access on weekends. A total of 65 administrative and public institution parking lots throughout the city have been included in this program, providing 639 monthly cards in total.
