On July9, the Wujia District Market Supervision Bureau announced the successful completion of Yichang’s first “zero-contact” renewal of a business operation license, marking a new era of intelligent services featuring “zero paperwork and zero visits” for high-frequency license renewals.
To advance the“Efficient Handling of One Matter” reform and improve the business environment, the Wujia District Market Supervision Bureau, in collaboration with municipal and district-level government service and big data departments, along with technical partners, launched this innovative model. Centered on the concept of “credit-empowered proactive service,” the model initially applies to high-frequency licenses in fields such as food and small-scale catering operations.
