It was learned from the Yichang Municipal Bureau of Commerce on July 16 that, this summer, Yichang will hold over 30 distinctive events centered on food and beverage to present a joyful summer of Yichang.

　　When the events begin,visitors can savor authentic local delicacies such as “Yichang Yangtze Longsnout Catfish” and “Chili Oil Baozi”, themed banquets including the “Qu Yuan Family Banquet” and “Zhaojun Feast”, top ten signature dishes like “Original-Style Longsnout Catfish” and “Three Visitors’ Braised Chicken” as well as top ten beloved snacks such asLiangxia(sweet rice jelly) and Radish Dumplings. On July 24, the upgraded “Xiba Night Fair,” a provincial-level night consumption hub, will reopen, featuring anime culture and intangible heritage displays and time-honored brands. Night events like “Beer & Lobster Music Festival” and “Wujia Night Banquet” fuse live music, camping and vibrant markets.
