After enteringChina, a foreignvisitor whose ordinary visa is lost, stolen, or damaged, can apply for replacement of an ordinary visa with the same type, expiration date, number of entries and duration of status. The applicant shall comply with the following provisions:

　　(1) If your visa is lost or stolen, you shouldprovideyour passport loss certificate, or a statementissued by theembassyof yourcountrystationed in Chinaand a new passport, or other international travel documents;

　　(2) For the applicantswhose visas are damaged, theyshall submit the damaged passports or statementsissued by embassies of their countries stationed in China, as well as their new passports or other international travel documents;

　　(3) For applicants whose group visas are lost, stolen, robbed or damaged, theyshall submit “the receipt of reporting to the police” provided by the local police station, letter of certification from the local travel agency and photocopies of the said group visas;

　　(4) Applicants shall, in addition to the aforesaid documents, submit their valid “Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors” in Yichang, a visa photograph which has met the requirement of the Entry/Exit Administration Department of Public Security of Hubei Province, and a Receipt of China Visa Photograph for Foreigners in HubeiProvince;

　　(5) Other documents required by public security organs.
