Hubei Government Full Scholarship for Students from India, Nepal or Sri Lanka in 2018

  Scholarship Introduction:

  In 2017, a delegation of Hubei Provincial Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as HPDE) visited India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. To attract more excellent students from the three countries to study in Hubei, HPDE set up the government scholarship and authorized China Three Gorges University (CTGU) to recruit and fully sponsor the excellent students from the above mentioned three countries to study Chinese language and literature or Public Administration in CTGU.

  Scholarship will cover all the expenses as below:

  1. Tuition fees

  2. Accommodation fees

  3. Insurance

  4. Registration fees

  Programs:

  1. Chinese Language and Literature ( Non-degree Program)

  2. Chinese Language and Literature(Bachelor’s Degree Program)

  3. Public Administration (Bachelor’s Degree Program)

  4. Exchange Program with the Partner Universities from India, Nepal or Sri Lanka (the above three programs)

  Training Objectives

  To develop a comprehensive understanding of China's national conditions and the current international political and economic development situation of world. Epworth to master the basic theory of international politics, public management and international relations expertise and skills for engaging in international public affairs and international relations Problem research and teaching work or engaged in foreign affairs, foreign affairs management, foreign cultural exchanges, the news media and other practical work of the composite high-level specialized personnel.

  Attention to the intersection of arts and science and the integration of knowledge, students are required to master the relevant professional management, political science, economics, law and natural science and technology knowledge of public sector management knowledge has a more in-depth understanding and grasp of the frontier and development trends. It emphasizes on shaping and improving the public management skills and comprehensive literacy of the learners. Through the interdisciplinary and information technology characteristics, the training can grasp the practical ability of public management so as to better understand and solve practical problems in the field of public management.

  Eligibility:
1. 18-25 years old; Indian, Nepalese or Sri Lankan passport holders;

  2. Chinese Friendly; in good physical and mental health; hardworking; academically excellent

  3. High School graduate with Excellent Results
4. Proficient in English, with good English skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

  5. Those who with basic Chinese language skills will be preferred.

  Application Documents:
1. Completed online application form with the applicant’s signature
2. Passport copy (Photo Page of a valid passport)
3. Copies of the visa page and residence permit if the applicant is in China
4. High School Certificate (A Notarized Copy in English or Chinese language should be attached if the originals are not in English or Chinese)

  5. Academic Transcript (A Notarized Copy in English or Chinese language should be attached if the originals are not in English or Chinese)

  6. Certificate of Physical Examination
7. A video clip of self-introduction in English within 5 minutes.

  8.Two Recommendation letters (The letters shall be issued by the high school principal or the CEO of Chinese Enterprises or Organizations for degree students, or by the president of home universities for the exchange students)

  a) Create an account with your email

  b) Verify by your email ( you'll get an email, so please check your email box)

  c) Sign in (by the website address in your email box ) to activate your account

  d) Application online

  e) Program (Hubei Government Scholarship)---Type--choose the relevant department and major

  f) Complete the following relevant information and upload all the required documents

  g) Submit your application and print the application form

The online application requires JPG or JPEG or PNG uploads of all the documents within 1 M.
