The investment project promotion area and other special areas of The Comprehensive Service Hall of YCFTZ were put into operation on Oct. 10th, marking the formal implementation of “Integrated Guidance Service” model .

　　YCFTZ highlights project construction and foreign trade. In order to further elaborate and extend the “integrated approval service”, it has defined key areas to achieve “Handle all procedures through one window by one time”. In this case, the applicant only needs to submit the application materials for examination and approval to one window at a time, and then the background circulate the information to each department in turn. The whole examination and approval chain will be run in a pipeline way, so that the applicant can handle all business through one window by handing in a set of needed materials.

　　Now, YCFTZ has set up investment project promotion zone and foreign trade promotion zone respectively. Relying on the support of each department, it provides professional guidance services for investment projects and foreign trade. In terms of staffing, two office staffs will be assigned to the window, and they will act as each other’s AB roles. In addition, they will guide the staffs in the special area to optimize the service and shorten the time limit.

　　It will not only set up special personnel in the special area, but also provide full-time services, so as to provide guidance services for the whole process of business management in the two key areas. The Investment Project Promotion Zone will integrate the functions of more than ten departments, such as investment promotion, development and reform, residential construction and planning to provide services such as investment promotion information consultation, project information collection, construction project assistance and key project promotion. The Foreign Trade Promotion Zone will integrate the functions of relevant departments such as commerce, customs and Council for the Promotion of International Trade, so as to provide services such as import and export trade consultation, customs business consultation, overseas investment consultation and foreign trade promotion.
