On October 22, the comprehensive service hall of Yichang Free Trade Zone first introduced a tax-related remote video consultation service, through which the citizens could enjoy “face-to-face” communicate with experts, dispelling their doubts.
After the “three-in-one certificate” of enterprise registration, the comprehensive service hall will no longer handle the tax registration business separately. However, the tax window is not completely revoked. The window staff will turn to undertake various tasks, such as tax consultation, invoice application, tax-related business coordination and promotion, involving a wide range of professional fields.
To this end, the comprehensive service hall is equipped with special equipment to provide video link services for citizens who come to the window to consult related matters. The citizens can communicate directly with the rear-line professionals. The person in charge of the window said that the mode broke through the distance between the two or more parties, had a stronger sense of the scene, solved the problem faster, and had a better mass experience.
