On December 11th, the State Administration for Market Regulation has recently issued a notice to include Yichang Free Trade Zone in the national pilot project to further explore and improve registration cancellation reform of enterprises. In Hubei Province, only Yichang Free Trade Zone and Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone are included in the project.

　　The pilot project aims to solve the problems of limited scope of application, long announcement and low error-tolerant rate of registration process reflected by enterprises in the national unified model.

　　It is known that since the opening of Yichang Trade Zone, the reform of commercial registration has been further promoted, and the reform measures such as “integrating business certifications and licenses into one consolidated business license”, “electronic industrial and commercial registration”, “and mobile electronic business license” have been implemented successively. The start-up time of enterprises has been reduced to less than two working days. The implementation of streamlined registration cancellation reform will establish a “fast track” for enterprises to go through the whole process.(Reporter Gao Wei, Correspondent Zhou Tingting )
