On Jan. 21st, Fang Jiawen, the director of Institutional Innovation Department of Hubei Free Trade Office, led the panel to do research work of institutional innovation in Yichang Free Trade Zone. On the morning of the same day, the research panel successively went to Baiyang Port, Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center and Yichang New Materials Industrial Park of Xingfa Group to conduct field investigations and hold discussions with relevant departments.

　　The research panelfully affirmed the construction achievements of Yichang Free Trade Zone and made some suggestions as follows:we should unify the measures of system innovation and the direction of national reform to serve the main bodies of the market by combing with our own characteristics, per severing in exploration and strengthening communication;we should shift the work focus to leading industries and enterprises, adhere to market orientation and problem orientation, and put negative list system into practice so astocreate more favorable conditions for attracting investment; we should boldly explore innovative mechanisms in the field of science, technology and finance and further improve our ideological understandings around the tasks of characteristic reforms to create new ideas for building Yichang's characteristic industries.（Reporter: Huang Lili; Correspondent: Luo Ruixiao）
