Adata-sharing list of enterprises was first released at the YCFTZ (Yichang Free Trade Zone) on Thursday. All data will be obtained through inter-departmental sharing, and enterprises must not be required to fill in more than two times.
It is learned that the YCFTZ first conducted a comprehensive cleanup of the data filled in by related enterprises in various departments throughout the zone and then complied and issued Data Sharing Listof Enterprise-related,in order to implement the provincial work requirements of "Ten Dos&Ten Don’ts" thusmaximizing not disturbing the market players to the greatest extent.
The Listincludes a total of 63 forms of data that 7 departments require market players to fill in according to regulations, covering registration, financial assets, financing guarantee, human resources, pollution prevention and control, tax payment and other information. All the data in the List, after a market player fills in once to a certain department, the other departments shall not require the market player to do it repeatedly and must take the way of inter-departmental sharing to obtain information. In order to facilitate access by departments to the detailed data available in other departments, the Listalso details the main information elements required by each department to fill in the forms, making the contact information clear in obtaining the data of other departments. In the future, all data outside the Listthat need to be completed must be reviewed and approved by the District Business Office before organizing market players to fill in.
“In the past, sometimes enterprises had already submitted information to one department, but when other departments needed it, they had to fill in again.
