Nine cases of Yichang’s reform measures were selected in the list of the Seventh Batch of Experience and Cases of Pilot Reform according to the notice issued by the General Office of Hubei Provincial People's Government and the Leading Group of China (Hubei) Free Trade Pilot Zone.

　　Yichang’s “Talent QR Code” for highly-educated students or recent graduates and “non-compulsory law-enforcement” of the tax revenue system are to be disseminated and imitated in Hubei province as successful experience . Another seven cases－“adopting chain leadership to boost the development of industry chain”, “the mode of fostering strategic team in mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, etc.－are to be promoted across the province.
