To provide more considerate services for enterprises in constructing projects, the Government Affairs Service Center of Yichang High-Tech Zone (HTZ) has arranged a special counter for the joint installation application of water, electricity, natural gas and network. This makes it possible for multiple municipal public services to be applied and dealt with at one counter and on one website.

　　On July 25, staff of the Construction Management Office of the HTZ and the Government Affairs Service Center, together with staff from the four departments in charge of water, electricity, gas and network services, arrived at the wire drawing model and wire production base of Yichang Geili Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd. in the Biological Industrial Park of the zone. The staff of the company introduced their energy needs and submitted the joint installation application on the Hubei Government Affairs Service Website on the spot, and the application was approved by these four departments on the Approval and Managemnet Platform of Engineering Projects on the same day.

　　Prior to this, enterprises needed to hand in respective materials at the business halls of electricity, water, gas and other departments. These separate applications are simplified into one joint application, and the multiple departments will conduct joint field survey and approve all at a time, significantly shortening the approval time.

　　The person in charge of the Government Affairs Service Center of HTZ said that in order to leave enterprises and citizens with more pleasant and satisfactory impressions, projects launched by enterprises can resort to the Hubei Government Affairs Service Website and the applet Yige Service (Yige Fuwu) for joint installation applications. For individual users, aside form the aforementioned website and applet, they could also go to the designated counter in the center, and the staff will handle the application for them without asking for any paper documents.
