In recent days, all 22 staff of the Government Affairs Service Center of Yichang High-Tech Zone (China (Hubei) Pilot Free Trade Zone Yichang Area) have successfully passed the National Professional Skill Examination of Administrative Officers (Comprehensive Window Service Officers) (Intermediate). They have thus become the first group of certified personnel to be employed for the government affairs service within the zone.

　　In March of this year, the Government Affairs Service Center of Yichang High-Tech Zone completed a 24-hour self-service transformation and a “dual-zone reform” for tax services. The upgraded “end-to-end, one-stop” service has brought an entirely new experience to businesses and the public. Being the first in Hubei province to introduce 24-hour self-service, peak-hour service, off-peak hour service, agent service, and free delivery, it has received high praise from citizens. To create a professional and specialized government affairs service workforce, the Government Affairs Service Center also regularly organizes training activities for government service positions, business competitions, and service enhancement activities. These efforts have enhanced the front-line staff’s skills and efficiency in handling various affairs, solidifying the concept of “Efficient Services at the High-Tech Zone”.
