To be honest,I’m not a local Yichang person and I just live here for some time to finish my college study.I have just been Yichang for only two years,therefore,I only know a few things about Yichang.Up to now,I have no chances to go abroad to study for a degree ,work to earn some some money or go somewhere to travel,so I don’t know much about the foreign country except something we can learn from books.As I have no friends who comes from foreign country,today I want to write something about my college life in Yichang and some of my foreign teachers.

　　First of all, Yichang is a so beautiful city that there is a lot of feature spots for people to pay a visit,such as Three Gorges Dam,The Three Gorges Family,The Three Gorges Great Falls and so on.Here I will talk something about Three Gorges Dam,which is pretty famous all over the world.The Three Gorges Dam is located in Sandouping, about 30km from Yichang. It is the largest hydroelectric power station in the world and once the world\'s largest single construction project. With a long history of planning, the dam body was finished in 2006. When finished, it contained 32 main generators, each with a capacity of 700 MW. All of the originally planned components of the project were completed on October 30, 2008, when the 26th generator was brought into commercial operation. Six additional generators in the underground power plant are being installed, not expected to become fully operational until around 2011. The total electric generating capacity of the dam will then reach 22,500 MW.

　　I visit this place on the first day I went to Yichang with my mother and older sister.It was on September the third,2013,the day before our school opens.It was cloudy that day,and after spent almost six hours range of driving from my hometown,none of us feel tired because we were so excited to arrive in a city we never had been to.I told mother that I wanted to go some place to have fan,and then we happily decided to travel to the well-known Three Gorges Dam.What made me unhappy was the dad weather because when we on the way to the feature spots,it started to rain heavily.However,my bad feelings quickly disappeared when we got to the place.How many visiters there were!How great the dam was！What a beautiful place it was!However I couldn’t understand the knowledge the dam contain,I was lost in this build.I also had visited the other two places when I had no class, the scenery of the feature spots was great. I believe all people who had visited there will want to travel again.

　　About my foreign teachers ,I like all of them very much. Here I want to write something about the handsome teacher, Bloomer. Bloomer is not only a teacher but also a friend.‘‘How to be a good person’’is what he always talk to us.He is very warmhearted and it seems like the smile on his face have never disappear. He always encourage us to do something to help others just to accompany with the old people. When you are with his ,you can’t help forgetting your worries and trouble, just want to relax and be happy.I don’t if all the foreigners were so kind,but I’m sure that I will get along well with foreigners.As is known to all,there are lots of foreigners in our university,although I have not made friends with them now ,I will try my best from now on.Or someday I will go abroad when I graduate from college and find a job to make enough money,I’m also happy to be with a foreigner.

　　In the end,I just want to give my best wish to Yichang,to the world and to all human beings.No matter how big the world,all of people are families and we own a common family. The beautiful Yichang will become more and more prosperous in the future.
