It was an unforgettable day of my life. I still remember I was about to get a new experience of my life when I landed in Shandong. It was cold weather and very soon I realized it was far better than my expectation. I came to Shandong to study Chinese language for 6 months and after that I wanted to study in China Three Gorges University which is located in Hubei.

　　Journey from Shandong to Hubei

　　It was an unforgettable time of my life. It was completely dark when I left Shandong to get admission in China Three Gorges University in Hubei. I took only one bag and putted some documents in it. I was nervous if I can get admission or not because at that time admissions were about to close due to Mid-Autumn Festival and all Chinese people visit their homes during the festival. I was struggling and confused what is going to happen because I had only two days and within those two days I had to get admission. I left all my belongings in Shandong and started my uncertain journey to Hubei with the hope of getting admission. After a long travel I reached this beautiful city means Hubei. It was the place that was going to decide my future.

　　First Impression of Hubei to Me

　　When I reached this city it was completely new to me, new place, new culture and people. After seeing green mountains, trees I felt like I have entered in a kind of heaven where I can find complete happiness. Green mountains, trees seemed like they were warmly welcoming me. Some Hubei people were saying “Hello!” and some were saying “Nin hao!您好!” to me. It was showing their respect towards me and I thought that I have made a good decision to get education amongst these open hearted people. After seeing the beautiful mountains, trees and environment of Hubei and love of Hubei people I really wanted to live in Hubei but for that I needed to get admission in China Three Gorges University.

　　Got Admission in China Three Gorges University Hubei

　　I entered in the university with a hope that I can get admission. I didn’t have enough money to pay my tuition fee but I had the courage that I can get admission. I just needed some time to pay the fee but for that someone had to trust me. Soon I came to know that Hubei people prefer knowledge more than money. They gave me admission and also gave me enough time so that I can pay my fee easily. It was the happiest moment of my life.

　　Reached Unknown but Wonderful Place of Hubei

　　After getting admission I was ready to go back to Shandong to bring all my belongings in Hubei but I didn’t know that the most amazing part of my journey was about to start. I entered in the train but after sometime I came to know that I have entered in a wrong (but Unforgettable) train. Railway managing department contacted to the next train station in Hubei and they dropped me to the next station.

　　Police officers who were waiting for me on the next station warmly welcomed me like we know each other from decades. They had already prepared many dishes for me including traditional foods and rice, chicken, different types of vegetables etc. It showed their love and respect to me.

　　I met local people there. They all were happy and smiling. It went deep into my heart. I was feeling like I know them from many years. I was able to communicate with them because I was able to speak some Chinese which went deep through their heart and we had a good time. Their expressions were spontaneous to see a foreigner speaking Chinese.

　　Saying Goodbye to Each other

　　It was nice having fun with people and we had numerous quality time. Then a Police officer came to me and informed me that my train is about to come which was going to take me back to Shandong. I felt sad because in few minutes I was about to leave the place where I reached mistakenly but it was a wonderful area of Hubei. It was the best part of my life that I’ll never forget. Specially thanks to those people who were a part of my journey and helped me to go through a lot. It is so much real that I still can feel it. Now I am a student of China Three Gorges University. My all dreams came true in this beautiful province Hubei.
