Introduction

　　“Tong Xin” Ocean of Flowers is located in Tongxinqiao village, Wen’an town, Zhijiang city, Hubei province. This scenic spot is supported by the government of Yichang, which is the pilot project of rural revitalization, with a total planning area of 3,000 mu (200 hectares) and a total investment of 450 million yuan. The overall orientation regards the agricultural industry as the basis, culture as the support, tourism as the core, to achieve the sustainable and integrative development of multiple industries and to build a comprehensive model of “agriculture+culture+tourism”.

　　Taking “Jingchu culture” as the core and “hometown of Miyue (known as the first empress dowager in China.)” as the tipping point, the complex will possess five functions, which are agriculture production, rural leisure, flowers touring, culture experience, vacation,.

The design inspiration of it comes from the word “Tong Xin” in Tongxinqiao village, which reflects one-heart and love everywhere. With the change of flowering periods, different kinds and colors of flowers can be seen in different seasons, making it possess the characteristics of earthworks and rural-urban parks. It takes the rural tourism as the entry point, regarding ecological flowers as the landscape theme and coordinating the oriental cherry planting to create the large-scale ecological landscape, so that tourists can admire the beauty of flowers all year round. It is a leisure resort with the largest planting area and the most varieties of flowers in Yichang.
