On the evening of March 26, Ma Xuming, Mayor and Deputy Party Secretary of Yichang, met with Graether Hanspeter, the Vice President of Bosch Group, and his wife at Taohualing Hotel in Yichang.

　　Mr. Ma extended his warm welcome to Mr. and Mrs. Hanspeter. He said that Yichang is regarded as the capital of hydropower in the world, the center of hydropower stations in China, and the only national model city of social development in Hubei. In a word, it is a wonderful land suited for living and overflowing with prosperity. At present, Yichang is quickening its pace of developing into a modern mega city.

　　Mr. Ma hopes to take the opportunity of this visit. Bosch Group can pay more attention to Yichang’s development and invest in Yichang in the future. He continued that Yichang Government will spare no effort to create the best environment for investment and to provide satisfying service in which both sides can boost economic cooperation between Yichang and Bosch Group.

　　Mr. Graether Hanspeter also thinks Yichang is a garden city with beautiful scenery suitable for investment. He expresses that he will submit what he collected in the trip to senior members of Bosch Group and he is willing to do all he can to ensure further cooperation between both sides.

　　Established in 1886, Bosch Group is one of the top 500 companies in the world and its operations are carried out in over 50 countries with yearly gross revenue of 40 billion Euros, of which 60% comes from its auto industry. This trip of Mr. and Mrs. Hanspeter to Yichang City is at the invitation of the Wufeng County Government, during which they visited Wufeng County, Wufeng National Industrial Park and Zhongxing Automobile Works.
