Chen Zhi, Chairman of the Hong Kong Causeway Bay Group, together with his partners visited Yichang on December 16th. Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee and Municipal Party Secretary Huang Chuping, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Ma Xuming met with the delegation in the urban city. The both sides held in-depth conversation on cooperation and exchange.

Huang Chuping expressed welcome to Chen Zhi and all delegates visiting Hubei Yichang and appreciated the Causeway Bay Group with high popularity, strong power and advanced concepts. The entering of Causeway Bay Plaza had a unique meaning for adjusting urban industrial structure, perfecting the urban functions and improving the grade of city. He said, the timing could not be better for investment in that Yichang was seizing the important strategic opportunities to accelerate the construction of the "large, strong and beautiful" modern mega-city. Thus he hoped Causeway Bay Group to visit, fall in love with and eventually investYichang and strengthen cooperation in cultural tourism development and urban complex construction as well as share new opportunities of development. He said, Yichang would firmly adhere to the principle of "industry first, entrepreneurs boss", providing nanny services for domestic and foreign enterprises to develop in Yichang with the goal of achieving win-win cooperation.

Chen Zhi introduced the development of Causeway Bay Group. He said that Hubei was the investing focus for Causeway Bay Group in the central region due to its obvious advantages. He hoped that through this visit both sides could find a conjunction of commercial innovation and work together for common development in Yichang, a much-admired dream place.

During their stay in Yichang, Chen Zhi and his partners visited the Three Gorges Tourism Area, Yuan’an County and other places, and took part in the matching meetings.
