Bedek -- LingyunAircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd (Yichang), as the first Sino-Israelijoint venture corporation of civil aviation maintenance is set upon the morning of January 7th in Xiaoting District, marking the ascending and internationalization of aviation industry in Yichang.

At the signing ceremonyandpress conference, Huang Chuping, the standing member of the provincial party committee and the municipal party secretary, met with Yossi Melamed (vice president of Israel Aerospace Industries), Zhang Yaohai (director of Hubei branch, CAAC), Sun Jian(chairman of LingyunScience and Technology Group Co.,Ltd) and Wang Hong(chairman of SanxiaAirport of Hainan Airlines Group). At the signing ceremony, Ma Xuming said that aviation industry, as the key strategic emerging industry under national supports, has broad market prospects. The powerful cooperation with Israeli company, LingyunGroup and Hainan Airlines marked the fast and further development of YichangAviation Industrial Park construction and essential promotion in internationalization that lead to great improvement of airport economy, industry transformation and upgrading and also nurturing new economic growth points. We hope that Israeli company and Lingyun Group would take this project as a starting point, gradually enlarging itsinvestment,and deepening the strategic cooperation with Yichang government in wider ranges,to jointly create a promising future.

Zhang Yaohai indicates that thefoundation of Bedek-Lingyun Corporation is a landmark of the development of civil aviation maintenance in Hubei province as well as the new achievement of military and civiliancollaboration. LingyunGroup is the only independent Maintenance Repair Operating (MRO) company in Hubei province. It specialized in both whole machine and accessories maintenance, being listed as the key unit to be supported in the 13th Five-Year Plan of the aviation industry developmentin Hubei province.
