Ltd on the press conference of China’s first exportation on stupefacient technology on May 3.

　　On April 20, in Kuta, Bali Island of Indonesia an agreement was officially signed between Yichang Human Well Pharmaceutical Company and MBF Company, transferring its fentanyl citrate injection technology with intellectual property rights to MBF Company. It’s known that this stupefacient is mainly applied to various pain treatments, postoperative analgesia and anesthetic adjuvant as well. As the commonly-used drug in compound general anesthesia and employed by nearly 20,000 hospitals around the country, this kind of stupefacient is widely used in the operation and surgery anesthesia, postoperative analgesia, ICU analgesic sedation, pain diagnosis and other fields. Moreover, the total revenue of 2 million dollars was brought to Yichang Human Well Pharmaceutical Company via this technical transfer.

　　Over the past decade, Yichang Human Well Pharmaceutical Company has been upgrading its system on fentanyl production and quality management. The company launched a small-capacity injection workshop with an annual output of 1.1 billion from 2011 to 2012, which not only has been granted the renewed GMP certification at first batch, but passed GMP site audit by several countries, signifying the first-class level in production and quality management system. The materials of fentanyl were authorized by EU last year, which meets the international standard. The export of fentanyl technology to Indonesia represents a great leap from importing pharmaceutical technology to exporting innovation technology, making Yichang Human Well Pharmaceutical Company the first enterprise of exporting stupefacient technology in China.
