2017 World Supermodel Contest Global Finals will be held in the Yichang City from 10th to 16th of June, as our reporter has learned on Jun. 1st.

　　According to Li Siyang, the chief executive the contest, this contest mainly consists of four parts: the opening evening gala, theme parade, charity activity and Finals＆Awarding Ceremony. By then, from U.S., U.K., France, Italy, Russia and other countries, over 30 professional super models with all kinds of championship titles will gather in Yichang and present us a world-level supermodel competition. In the meantime, some crowned and excellent models that stood out in the past contests will also be present. During the competition, the citizens can witness fancy cars parading in the Yiling Square, the Tianran Tower, the Zhenjiang Pavilion, the Zhixi Yangtze River Bridge and other places. Besides, a charity activity named “Love in Yichang” will be held at the same time.

　　It is learned that the World Supermodel Contest has been held in China for nine times. But it is the first time to be held in the Yichang City. It is hoped that this contest can help spread profound culture and rich tourist resources of our city to the whole world and foster the development of fashion culture of our city.
