From June 10th to June 12th, Ramalho, President of the Portugal-China Long-lasting Friendship Union Delegation, visited Yichang. Zhou Zhengying, the Municipal Mayor, met the delegation.

　　Zhou expressed his warm welcome to the delegation headed by Ramalho. She pointed out Yichang has established a friendly connection between Yichang and 19 countries and 24 cities along the Belt & Road initiative. Economic and trade exchanges have been established between medical products of Allmed Medical, fine phosphorous chemical products of Xingfa Group in Yichang and Portugal. Further cooperation is expected with the Union in the future.
