Yichang is trying to seize the historical opportunity of gradual development of China's economy from coastal areas and inland rivers to deep hinterland, actively integrating into the construction process of "One Belt and One Road" and Yangtze river economic belt, so as to build a regional central city in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze river and realize the green, innovative, sustainable and high-quality development. Yichang has cooperated with L'oreal group for many years. The L'oreal factory in Yichang jointly built by the two sides is the largest cosmetics factory of L'oreal in the Asian-Pacific Region and the only factory that realizes zero carbon dioxide emission. They will increase investment in Yichang and explore the construction of a distribution center. At the same time,they will set up a platform to promote more cosmetic packaging enterprises to settle down, so as not only to produce beautiful products, but also to shoulder the responsibility of building a beautiful city.

Last year,the industrial output of Tianmei reached 1.04 billion RMB, sales revenue 1.02 billion RMB, tax 50.5 million RMB. From January to October of this year, the total industrial output value has been 1.14 billion RMB, and 56 million RMB of taxes have been paid.
