The promotional video “Welcome to Yichang, China” has been showcased on the iconic American Eagle screen at Times Square in New York City since January 1, 2024. Over the next week, the film will be played 80 times every day in rotation and it is expected to reach over 10 million people.

　　The American Eagle screen is located in the bustling commercial, entertainment, and shopping center of Manhattan, New York. The screen consists of 12 electronic screens, of which the four vertical ones display “YICHANG CHINA” in both English and Chinese. The central large screen plays the 15-second promotional video that demonstrates the unique attractions of Yichang, such as the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, the Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Spot, the picturesque Qingjiang River, and the sights of tourists checking in to Yichang. The two screens below display the images of the Three Gorges Project and the scenic views of the Yangtze River. The video features the most stunning images of Yichang, highlighting its world-class natural scenery, engineering, and culture, showing the unique charm of the city, the river, the gorges and the mountains.
