According to the Yichang Citrus Science Research Institute, in the first half of 2025, 25 local enterprises and cooperatives exported 64,000 tons of fresh citrus, mainly Lane Late navel oranges and summer oranges, up 6.7% (or 4,000 tons) from last year. Exports, facilitated through ports like Khorgos, Manzhouli and Lianyungang, reached over 20 countries and regions, including Russia, Canada and South Africa.
