Maduhe Village in Yangping Town, Yuan’an County, was celebrating a bumper harvest of tangerines recently. Building on its long-standing cultivation tradition and the renowned brand of “Jiankou Oranges”, the village has successfully exported its tangerines to overseas markets including Russia and Southeast Asia.

　　With a planting area exceeding 530 hectares, nearly half of the village’s total area, it forms a tangerine demonstration park together with neighboring planting zones of over 660 hectares. In 2024, the total output of the Maduhe area reached 34,000 metric tons, of which 13,500 metric tons were sold abroad, generating sales revenue of 54 million yuan, equal to a per capita income of over 11,000 yuan for local farmers.
