Recently, the world’s largest single-site production base for new-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) materials has commenced operation in Yichang. Utilizing fourth-generation technology, the base produces materials that significantly enhance the charging speed, range and low-temperature performance of power batteries.

　　The project has achieved three major technological breakthroughs: an industry-first innovation that greatly increases single-line production capacity, the full implementation of automated and intelligent packaging systems, and 100% localization of its core equipment. Moreover, it has established a complete closed-loop industrial chain covering everything from phosphate mining to battery recycling. Through heat recovery and a carbon footprint tracking system, the base practices green manufacturing.
