Experts from the department of meteorology announced yesterday that the plum rain season of Yichang starts from June 25th. From June 25th to the middle of July, it will rain intensively in Yichang. In the coming five days, it will rain heavily twice, one is from 26th to 27th  and the other one is at the weekend. An emergency announcement was issued from the provincial government yesterday, which required for precautions against the heavy rain.

The vice major Wang Guobing said that all the people who are in charge of anti-flood have to take full responsibility,stengthen the monitoring, prepare to against the possible flood.
