The citizens visited the memorial hall in Dongshan Martyrs Cemetery. To commemorate the 81st anniversary of the Japanese invasion of northeast China, Party members, applicants for Party Membership together with community workers came to the memorial hall to pay tribute to the martyrs. They were determined to make contributions to the nation in the spirit of patriotism. The records showed that dozens of citizens had visited the memorial hall recently.

　　On Sept 18, freshmen of Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic showed parade during military training. On this special day，the college held the opening ceremony where over 5000 students chanted “don’t forget national humiliation, rejuvenate China” in parade.

　　Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic wishes to take this opportunity to motivate the students’ patriotism and make them strong both mentally and physically through military training.

　　Yesterday, all the staff and students in Gezhouba Middle School signed on the board with eight Chinese Characters that mean “don’t forget the national humiliation, rejuvenate China” to show that everybody is responsible for the country’s rise and fall.
