In details, the universal health insurance system will be established with the elderly support system improved and elderly institutions construction enhanced to provide over 20 beds for per thousand elderly people; the basic medical and health service system will be improved to increase the life expectancy by 1~1.5 years; and a long-term mechanism for food safety will be established to maintain the qualified ratio of food quality sampling over 85%.
