The project “Demonstration of Integration and Industrialization of Ecology-efficient Planting Technology of High Mountain Vegetable” applied by Changyang Science and Technology Bureau has successfully been in the list of special program of “Enriching People and Boosting County Economy by Science and Technology” and obtained RMB 990,000 supporting funds.

　　The project aims to solve the key technical problems occurring in the growing process of high mountain vegetables and to build 625 hectares of efficient cultivation core demonstrating area through efficient cultivation patterns from screening for pest-resistance seeds, promoting bio-fertilizer and pesticide to expanding the area of organism fertilizer, as well as carrying out the research concerning measures of ecological environment protection, to spur on and increase as much as of 125,625 hectares planting area in the vicinity.

　　This year, 12 municipal-level scientific research projects, such as “the Originality of Cultural and Tourism Products in Ethnic Regions and the Application Demonstration of Visualized AR Technology”， “Konjak Dietary Fiber and the Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases”， have been approved with operating funds RMB 6.19 million.
