Recently, the investment plan within Central Government budget has been issued in 2013 for the second major energy conservation project, significant demonstration project of recycling economy and resource saving and key industrial pollution abatement project. There are totally 12 environmental projects invested by the state fund of 83.5 million RMB including 4 energy conservation projects, 6 recycling economy projects   and 2 projects of comprehensive utilization of resources. At present, these projects have been under construction. When the projects go into operation, they can achieve the goals of saving standard coal of 99,600 tons, resource utilization of citrus pomace 120,000 tons, resource utilization of used mineral oil 30,000 tons, salvage of floaters 70,000 tons in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region, cyclic utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas 130 million cubic meters, cyclic utilization of fish processing wastes 62,000 tons, utilization of solid wastes of ardealite and coal ash 1 million tons and coal gangue 172,000 tons.
