A Series of New Policies Came out and Enterprises Annual Check Time Extended

The reporter learnt from Yichang Industrial and Commercial Bureau on July 12 that time for this year’s enterprises annual check would be extended to July 31, 2013.

Since this year, Yichang Industrial and Commercial Bureau has carried out a series of preferential policies to support the development of enterprises. For example, in 2013 and 2014, all market entities will exempt from registration fee; anyone who establishes domestic limited liability company with its registered capital less than 500 thousand yuan (except for one-man company) is allowed “zero down payment” with regards to registered capital; for those companies all invested by natural persons and registered capital less than 100 thousand yuan, the company can apply for registration with bank account, receipts bill, balance ticket or letter of commitment from shareholders with the joint application of all shareholders, without submitting capital verification report.

The officer of the Registration Branch of Yichang Industrial and Commercial Bureau says those businessmen who turn the individual businesses into private enterprises can enjoy the preferential policy of first three years tax free and the coming two years’ income tax half free. Any entrepreneur can turn his individual business into enterprise if possible.
