　　The officer of Yichang Industrial and Commercial Bureau says that a lot of materials, some of which are very specific, are needed in former business registrations, which would take investors a few days to make it back and forth.

　　“One-click” is a business registration software first developed in Yichang, which is the pioneer work in our country. It consists of some needed materials, such as articles of association, shareholder meeting resolutions. Once inputting basic information, like “Who are you?”, “What do you want to do? ”, registers can fill out all information with the help of software in fifty minutes.

　　Wang Zungang, Director of Registration Branch of Yichang Industrial and Commercial Bureau, says that there was demonstrations in registration hall previously, but few from the enterprises could make it once, but by the intermediary they could. So some people doubt whether Industrial Commercial Bureau is in collusion with the intermediaries.

　　He explains, the intermediaries did make it not because they were in collusion with us, but they were very familiar with registration procedures. Yichang Industrial and Commercial Bureau decided to develop a self-service registration software to clear social doubts, and build the first-class service. The software was developed successfully in April this year, named as “One-click”.

　　The officer of Provincial Industrial and Commercial Bureau recommends that “One-click” should be popularized in Hubei Province on the basis of the test run in Yichang.
