Recently, the regulatory plan of the area from Dongzhan Road to Heyi Road has been reviewed and come into publicity at present. It is learnt that land in the area is to be used for living and developing the non-pollution industries which are basically for living and public facilities.
According to the planning, the area covers 303.08 hectares, and two comprehensive development axes are formed in the area along the Second Tongqiang Road and Wuyi Road. Besides, land in Wujiagang District is mainly used for industry, while in Yiling District mainly used for living. And it is also planned to build the first class non-pollution industries with high added value in the north of planning area and in the west of Dongzhan Road, and the second class industries are at the junction of the Third Dongshan Road and the Second Tongqiang Road. Above of all, there are 10-60 meters protective barriers between residential land and industrial land.
In the area, there are two secondary main roads including the Second Tongqiang Road and Wuyi Road and main roads including Jinbao Road, Tongfu Road, Wangjiawan Road, Jinwang Road, Meihua Road, Jinhua Road and Huayanchong Road. It is planned to make great efforts to integrate the residential land on two sides of the Forth Dongshan Road and construct a road with 15 meters wide to make the traffic of residential land more smooth so that traffic there will less affect the Forth Dongshan Road.
Huayanchong Reservoir and the green land of parks around the reservoir will become diverse landscape core in the whole planning area and the river landscape belt is built by edging green land of the central parks along the Paifang River. Besides, it is planned to construct two refuse transfer stations, one is at the junction of Wangjiawan Road and Wuyi Road and the other one is at the junction of Heyi Road and Wuyi Road.
