It was informed that the signing ceremony of Guanke Electronic Display Project took place on the afternoon of August 26 at Taohualing Hotel. Ke Shaochun, the President of Guanke (Fujian) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd,  Shangguan Dongfang, the General Manager of the Company and government officials in Yichang, including Huang Chuping, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Committee and Secretary of Yichang Municipal Party Committee, Ma Xuming, Mayor of Yichang Municipal Government, Ma Xuejun, Secretary General of Yichang Municipal Party Committee, Zheng Xinghua, Deputy Major, attended the ceremony that was hosted by Song Wenbao, First Deputy Major of Yichang Municipal Government.

　　During the ceremony, Huang met with Ke and his company representatives. Huang said that Yichang Government will continue to adhere to the development philosophy of “industries going first while entrepreneurs having a voice in making policy decisions”, making an effort to provide businesses with first-class service environment. He hopes that Mr. Ke can make his business bigger and stronger in the electronic display industry by setting up the enterprise and its research center in Yichang.

　　Ma Xuming gave his speech that the newly introduced project, which is an important measure to develop the strategic emerging industry, to quicken the pace of transformation and upgrading in economy and to improve scientific and technological innovation ability, will inject new vitality to the economic development in Yichang.

　　Mr. Ke said Guanke (Fujian) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd was a high-tech enterprise engaging in R&D and manufacturing products with the feature of low carbon and environment protection ranging from the electronic display, web service, to electronic digital gadgets. Until now, its LCD products are not only welcomed as far as in developed countries and regions such as Europe and North America, but have successfully been sold in the domestic market. And he added that the company would do utmost to put into operation as soon as possible and strive for long-term prospects and growth, after the completion of construction of the production and research and development base that would be following the construction goals of national level and world-class electronic display base.

　　Yang Meiren, the Director of the Administrative Committee of High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Yichang signed the project cooperation agreement with Mr. Ke. Departments concerned of Yichang Municipal Government as well as the persons in charge from Changyang County Government also participated in the ceremony.

　　It is said that the future Dongshan Industrial Park-based Guanke Electronic Display Project will be invested by Guanke (Fujian) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd with an investment of 0.35 billion dollars. And it will consist of two parts: one is the production base where touch display project will be built with an investment of 0.25 billion dollars and with annual output of six million touch display products such as tablet PC, smart phone, touch smart TV set and electronic whiteboard, and with the sales revenue of fifteen billion RMB and tax revenue of eight hundred million RMB; the other is the base of the R&D headquarters with an investment of 0.10 billion dollars, where the Information Research Institute and Company’s Headquarters will be built, All will work hard for the goal of being rated as national engineering technology center in five year after the completion of construction.
