To protect the basic living of unemployed workers, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Department officially announced the information of further raising the standards of unemployment insurance yesterday, based on the Notice on Raising Unemployment Insurance Standards released by the Provincial Human Resources and Social Department and the Provincial Department of Finance.

　　The new standards of unemployment insurance will be carried out from September 1 this year. The specific contents include that the city proper, Yiling District, Yidu City, Dangyang City, Zhijiang City, the unemployment insurance will raise to 714 RMB for each unemployed person per month; Wufeng, Changyang, Zigui, Xingshan will adjust the unemployment insurance to 630 RMB for each unemployed person per month. To those who have received unemployment insurance by the original standard in September will be reissued the balance before the end of October 2013 and the unemployment insurance will be paid according to the new standards from October.

　　The official from City Human Resources and Social Development said there are two special cases, one is for those who have received the total unemployment insurance in September or before, the balance will not be reissued in accordance with the policies and regulations; another one is for those who canceled unemployment insurance fund accounts and can not enjoy the new policy, they need to contact the local employment authority immediately.
