On the afternoon of October 10th, Gongyi Village Residential Compound started construction, which is the first BT (Build-Transfer) mode residential compound in Wujiagang District.

　　The Government of Wujiagang District initiated this bidding according to legal procedures and finally chose Yichang Longdu Investment Co., Ltd. and Chuxiong Construction Co., Ltd. to for the construction. All these contribute to the solution of construction funds and arrangement for villagers. it is designed to build 1347 apartments with a total area of about 6 hectares.

　　Nowadays, there are 14 residential compounds with total construction area of 1.03 million square meters in Wujiagang District, of which 0.28 million square meters have been completed. 984 households, altogether 3253 people have moved in the apartments.
