On October 14, Xiong Wei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Head of United Front Work Department inspected Yichang Federation of Industry and Commerce. He required the City Federation of Industry and Commerce to highlight its features, implement the "Five-Possession" and strive for "Five-A" that half of the Federations of Industry and Commerce at the county level might achieve " Five-A " standard in two years and reach a new stage.

　　Xiong also asked the City Federation of Industry and Commerce to hold a learning conference of Federation of Industry and Commerce at the county level, to study and implement the essence of experience exchange meeting of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, to sum up experience and work out a sound working plan of Yichang Federation of Industry and Commerce for 2014.
