From November 12, Traffic Police Department of Yichang Public Security Bureau began to implement one-stop offsite punishment. All electronic records for traffic violation can be handled at any windows for handling traffic violation, i.e. the person concerned can handle electronic traffic violation records of all over the country at any windows in urban area.

　　The electronic traffic violation records that can be handled in Yichang are as follows: records within the scope of Yichang(such as those in Wufeng, Changyang, Zhijiang, etc.); records within Hubei Province (such as those in Wuhan, Jingzhou, Huangshi, etc.); and records outside Hubei Province(such as those in Beijing, Shanghai, Xinjiang, etc.)

　　Special notes for this One-stop service: this service only applies to summary procedure cases ((fines under 200 yuan ) or cases with no objections to the violation records. If it is a general procedure case( fines over 200 yuan) or a case with objections, the violation act shall be handled  at the place where the violation took place.
