A written test of Hubei Province township civil servants recruitment among village cadres was held in the Municipal No.3 Middle School on the morning of November 17, which attracts 589 village cadres. Inspection group, sent by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, the Provincial Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Bureau of Civil Servant, makes an inspection tour as well as give directions.

　　The directional recruitment program is carried out throughout Hubei Province, Yichang Government has offered 79 positions. The recruitment is done by the individual application and organization recommendation. Instead of the usual two written tests of administrative aptitude test and essay tests for civil servants, this time the exam is integrated as comprehensive knowledge test, which is focus on post adaptability and practical work ability.
