On the morning of November 18, Secretary of Yichang Municipal Party Committee Huang Chuping met with CEO of L\'Oreal China Alexis PERAKIS-VALAT who attended the completion ceremony of expansion project of L\'Oreal Yichang Tianmei International Cosmetics Co.,Ltd.

　　They both expressed their thanks to each other. Mr. Huang expressed his hope for the company to establish cosmetic economy industrial cluster by further increasing its investment and expanding cooperation with Yichang. He said Yichang Municipal Government will provide “nanny service” for the company and realize win-win cooperation.

　　Alexis PERAKIS-VALAT said that Yichang Municipal Government\'s support for the company is a model for many other countries. He said environment protection is very important and hoping to build the factory into a green factory by using the rich green electronic power with the support from Yichang Municipal Government. He also said Tianmei Factory is the biggest and world-class cosmetics production base. The upgraded factory in Yichang shows the confidence of L\'Oreal Group to boom in China and Asian-Pacific <app:ds:Asian-Pacific> Region <app:ds:region>.

　　Paris-based L\'Oreal Group has 42 factories all over the world, including two in China, one is in Suzhou and the other is in Xiling District, Yihchang.

　　From November 16 to 18, representatives of well-known enterprises from Shanghai organized by Juneyao Group came to in Yichang for inspection and talks. Huang Chuping, Secretary of Yichang Municipal Party Committee, met with the representatives and attended the promotion conference. The representatives went to the Xiaoting Park of High-tech Zone, Shenzhen Industrial Park and Yidu City to inspect. They also attended the promotion conference of Yichang New District and High-tech Zone.

　　On the conference, Wang Junhao, the President of Juneyao Group, on behalf of the representatives, expressed appreciation for the support from Yichang Municipal Government, spoke highly of the investment environment and development trend and recommended other entrepreneurs to invest in Yichang. He said JuneYao Group has kept investing in Yichang and enjoyed the “nanny service” from Yichang and he would offer “nanny service” to entrepreneurs that come to Yichang for invest investment.

　　In 2013, Juneyao Group signed the agreement about urban redevelopment on the Promotion of Yichang New District-Wuhan Project Cooperation, joining the modern megacity construction.

　　Mao Chuanqiang, Deputy Mayor of Yichang, said that Yichang would give priority to industries and keep supporting merchants at home and abroad in Yichang.
