On November 19, reporter learned from Xiangyang Development and Reform Commission that, according to the latest released National Logistics Park Development Plan (2013-2020), Wuhan City is on the list of the first-level layout cities of the logistics park, while Yichang City and Xiangyang City secondary logistics park layout cities.

　　Based on the demanded size of logistics scale, importance of national strategy and industry distribution, cities are divided into three levels. There are 29 first-level cities and 70 second-level cities, the third-level cities are specifically identified by each province (district, municipality) on the basis of development plan on logistics industry. National authorities will carry out a Demonstration Project of National Logistics Park to support those demonstration parks with land, capital and other policies.
