Per Capita Cash Earnings of Yichang Farmers Reaches 7522 RMB

  The reporter learned from the Yichang Municipal Agriculture Bureau that, according to the feedback and assessment of Hubei Provincial Bureau of Statistics, in the first three quarters of 2013, the added value of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery and the growth rate of farmers’ per capita cash earnings in Yichang City are higher than the national average, standing at 17.2 billion RMB and 7522.73 RMB respectively.

  In the first three quarters, the added value of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in Yichang City achieved 17.2 billion RMB, a growth of 5.0 percent, which equals the development rate of Hubei Province and is higher than the national development average. The per capita cash earnings of farmers reached 7522.73 RMB, an increase of 902.44 RMB, up 13.63 percent year on year. The absolute amount is 376.02 RMB higher than the provincial average. The growth rate is 1.13 percent higher than the national average and 0.29 percent higher than that of Hubei Province. The additional amount is 55.44 RMB higher than the national average and 61.14 RMB higher than the provincial average, ranking sixth in Hubei Province.
