Recently, a survey of customer satisfaction of service in Hubei Province from the provincial department shows that customer satisfaction of service in Yichang tops the list.

　　This year Institute of Quality Development Strategy, Wuhan University is entrusted by a provincial department of qualities to conduct a survey on customer satisfaction of service. The overall scores of cities range from 61.31 to 66.35. The ranking order from the highest to the lowest in turn is Yichang, Wuhan, Jingmen, Enshi, Tianmen, Qianjiang, Shiyan, Xiangyang, Huangshi, Huangang, Ezhou, JIngzhou, Xiaogan, Shengnongjia, Xiantao, Suizhou, Xianning.
