On June 26, the supervisor symposium on democratic appraisal of administration and work style was held by Municipal Bureau of Agriculture. Three inspectors and twenty supervisors in the city attended the meeting.

　　This year, the sectional appraisal developed by the municipal agricultural system is characterized by leadership leading, responsibility driving, activities promoting and rectification boosting. Methods like door-to-door service led by leaders and face-to-face communication in grass-roots were used to ask for comments and suggestions. Besides, broadening channels to ask for advices, launching online columns on Municipal Agricultural Information Net and publishing telephone number and email address were also included. Up to now, a total of 522 comments and suggestions have been collected. In order to maintain close ties with the masses, every member of the leading party group of the Municipal Agricultural Bureau and officer above the sectional-level of municipal agricultural systems directly led by municipal government also links more than ten contact households, setting a total of 320 agricultural information reporting contact points with sectional representativeness.

　　Inspectors and supervisors offered comments and suggestions on how to promote rural economic development in agricultural system and further improve the work style. Xiong Changquan, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Bureau of Agricultural, said that the evaluation on work style should be focused on four aspects, including implementation of central preferential policies, quality safety management of agricultural products, strengthened means of agricultural production and innovation of agricultural technical service.
