On 24th, the reporter learned from Disaster Relief Department of Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau that a total of 322,000 people was hit by the continuous snowfall and freezing since February 4th, of which 16 were evacuated instantly and the direct economic loss reached 150 million RMB, in which agricultural economic loss reached 70.13 million RMB. Electric power, communications and water supply infrastructure suffered damages in some region of Yidu, Yuan’an, Xingshan, Zigui, Changyang and Wufeng, of which some villages and towns the water and electricity supply was cut off and traffic was disrupted, causing certain impact on people\'s working and living.
