On February 25, the Provincial Government held a teleconference for overall launching and deploying the construction of social credit system in Hubei Province. Yuan Weidong, Deputy Mayor of Yichang City, attended the meeting in Yichang.

　　According to the relevant arrangement of the provincial and municipal meetings, the city will actively promote the construction of social credit system. At present, relevant departments are establishing and improving business and personal financial credit information database which has collected 32,000 enterprises and other economic organizations and 227,000 personal basic information and credit information, covering all credit business subjects in Yichang. It has formed a national network and established a relatively complete incentive mechanism for trustworthiness and punishment mechanism for dishonesty within the financial sector.

　　Currently, in accordance with the unified provincial arrangements, the city is establishing and improving the relevant leading institution and coordination mechanism responsible for the city\'s construction of social credit system, while actively carrying out the preparatory work of planning and formulation of it.
