On March 1, Yichang Municipal Government issued “Proposals on Supporting Technology Business Incubator Construction”. It is predicated that in 2020, the number of various incubators will reach 20; more than 2,000 enterprises will be in incubation and over 300 enterprises will be graduated.

　　The supporting measures for construction of those incubators include that, those newly established enterprises will be awarded one-time grants, and they can use no more than 30% of their planned land as residential land for public sale by the government to support their own construction, and they will be rewarded 100% of the local actual sharing of their business tax, land use tax and housing property tax payment for three years since the year when they start paying these taxes, and 50% for the fourth and fifth year and 100% of the local actual sharing of their business income taxes for three years since the year when they start making profits, and 50% for the fourth and fifth year; a one-time 100,000 yuan will be rewarded to the incubator which has incubated an identified high-tech enterprise.  (Reporter Mei Ni, correspondent Tang Zhiyun)
