On March 20, Huang Qin, Economy Consular of the Consulate General for France in Wuhan, brought the French business delegation to Yichang and conducted a field investigation regarding  the business environment of the central city area and new district. The delegation were received by Vice Mayor Zhang Junhui.

　　Zhang introduced the economic and social development in Yichang and warmly welcomed the French business delegation. Directors of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, the Investment Promotion Bureau, the Business Bureau, the Land Bureau, the Planning Bureau and other related departments gave a detailed description of the city\'s investment environment, investment policies and business conditions. They also discussed the cooperation projects.

　　Huang Qin fully affirmed the city\'s investment climate. She said that on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between France and China, the communication and economic exchanges will become more and more frequent.
